As of July 1, 2022, the first stage of the construction of the Nová Kasárna residential location was completed, which means the approval of 52 apartments in 4 apartment buildings and the opening of the Centrum Nová Kasárna office building. As it turned out, the demand for modern housing is high, as all 52 apartments found their tenants within a few months. There was the same interest in office and commercial spaces, which were fully occupied soon after opening.
