Attic Karlín – construction in full swing
The construction of three exclusive apartments is reaching its final stage. The entire project is now under a brand new roof with the original turret repaired. Large and beautiful studio windows were installed on the new roof.

In June 2023, we approved the last apartment building – Residence G with 20 apartments. Almost four years after the foundation stone was knocked on, the construction of the Nová Kasárna residential location was completed.

On September 1, 2022, the brand new TGA Medical rehabilitation center, located on the ground floor of the Nová Kasárna Center in Krnov, began operations. It is a state-of-the-art medical facility that offers a wide range of therapies and professional care by experienced physiotherapists. TGA Medical provides customers service in a modern and cozy environment where they can find everything they need under one roof. TGA Medical s.r.o. intends to build similar modern workplaces in other cities.
Visit to CHS Bartovice
At the end of summer 2022, our entire team visited the Community Home for Seniors residents in Bartovice. We wished the birthday people, brought some sweets, and enjoyed a joint barbecue on the terrace of the house.
