From the beginning of April 2023, new tenants started moving into the newly opened residences E and F, which are part of stage II of construction of the Nová Kasárna residential location. There are 16 apartments in each resihouse on four above-ground floors. A modern kitchen with all appliances, underfloor heating, large floor-to-ceiling windows and a stylish bathroom represent a high standard in rental housing. During June 2023, residence G will open, and the entire stage II will be completed.
