A new modern residential area, “Bartovice II,” is emerging in the immediate vicinity of the Senior Community House in Bartovice. Its goal is to provide seniors with comfort, convenience, and well-deserved peace.
The project consists of 12 single-story bungalows with 48 apartments (2+kk, 42.8 m² each), thoughtfully arranged to enhance the surrounding greenery and create plenty of cozy, quiet zones.
We are currently awaiting a building permit for the project.
