In the village of Úvalno in the Bruntál region, we are preparing to construct 77 family houses on a plot of land with an area of 8 hectares. The total investment in the given location is calculated at 430 million CZK. The site intended for construction is located in a quiet part of the village under the lookout tower and will be connected to the current development. Along with the construction of family houses, a park and a playground will be created, intended for relaxation or active spending of free time with children.
