Next to the Community House in Bartovice, we are preparing to expand the existing capacity of affordable housing for the elderly by 11 bungalows on an area of 8,848 m2.

Brantice industrial zone

On the outskirts of Brantice, on the main road between Krnov, Bruntál and Olomouc, we established a new industrial zone with a size of 13.7 ha.

New headquarters of Značky Morava a.s.

At the end of 2019, we completed the construction of an industrial area for Značky Morava a.s. in Brantice. It is a modern and functional building that meets the most demanding conditions for a high-quality and safe workplace with ample facilities for all employees. The area also includes a large parking area with a test polygon.

Bartovice Community House for Seniors

We built a community house in the Ostrava – Bartovice district, intending to provide comfortable, dignified, and safe housing for the elderly. There are a total of twenty-two small apartments that meet European standards in the provision of services to the elderly. In addition to the privacy of their apartments, residents can also use common areas and an adjacent garden, as well as a wide range of services that allow them to live a comfortable and independent lifestyle.

Industrial zone – Ostrava Kunčice

In the strategic location of Ostrava-Kunčice, near the D56 expressway and Rudná Street, we offer a commercial land plot for sale with a total area of 130,000 m². This land presents an excellent investment opportunity for a land development project in the wider city center.
