On the outskirts of Brantice, on the main road between Krnov, Bruntál and Olomouc, we established a new industrial zone with a size of 13.7 ha.

We are preparing to construct a photovoltaic power plant with an output of 16 MWp. We perceive the need to move away from fossil fuels and see this investment as an opportunity to contribute to the long-term improvement of the environment and reduce man’s negative environmental impact.

At the end of 2019, we completed the construction of an industrial area for Značky Morava a.s. in Brantice. It is a modern and functional building that meets the most demanding conditions for a high-quality and safe workplace with ample facilities for all employees. The area also includes a large parking area with a test polygon.

We built a community house in the Ostrava – Bartovice district, intending to provide comfortable, dignified, and safe housing for the elderly. There are a total of twenty-two small apartments that meet European standards in the provision of services to the elderly. In addition to the privacy of their apartments, residents can also use common areas and an adjacent garden, as well as a wide range of services that allow them to live a comfortable and independent lifestyle.

In 2018-2020, the reconstruction of 6 apartments in a building on Minoritů Square in Krnov took place. At the same time, a new bistro Včera, dnes a zítra was built on the ground floor and basement, focusing on modern gastronomy.
